I’ve been working on integrating backup solutions with Syncfusion Essential JS 2 version 20.1, but I’m running into several challenges that I’m hoping the community can help with. The integration of the backup system with the Syncfusion JavaScript components doesn’t seem to be as smooth as I had hoped. Below are the main issues I’m encountering:

1. Performance Issues: When running large data backup operations or restoring data while using Syncfusion Essential JS 2 version 20.1, I’m noticing significant latency. This has become a bottleneck during peak usage, and the system seems slower than expected.

2. Compatibility Problems: There seems to be a conflict between Syncfusion Essential JS 2 version 20.1 and the backup solutions we’re using, especially when syncing data between the two platforms. This is causing occasional disruptions in the backup process, which affects the system’s stability.

3. Data Synchronization Delays: Keeping data synchronized between the backup system and the Syncfusion Essential JS 2 components has been more challenging than expected. The synchronization process often takes longer, causing delays in restoring data and affecting overall efficiency.

I’d appreciate any advice from the community, particularly from those who have used Syncfusion Essential JS 2 version 20.1 in a similar environment. Any tips on improving performance, resolving compatibility issues, or optimizing data synchronization would be greatly appreciated.
