Default to Time "tab" instead of Date

Is it possible to open the DateTimePicker and have the Time "tab" selected instead of the Date?  For my application, 99% of the time, the user will leave the date as today.

We regret to inform you that, as per the current implementation of the DateTimePicker, the date tab will be shown when opening the datetime picker control. If your requirement is time-related, we recommend using the TimePicker control for time-related operations. You can find documentation for the TimePicker control here.
