Docking manager sub menu items not showing consistently

If a sub menu is currently open and a user right clicks again on a different tab, the submenu will not be populated.

Hi Steve Fotso,

We have confirmed the reported scenario is a defect and logged a report for the reported scenario, “Submenu popup not displayed when Right-Clicking on a different docked item header”. We will fix this issue and include it in our NuGet release which is scheduled for 10th December 2024.

We have included the fix for the reported issue “Submenu popup not displayed when Right-Clicking on a different docked item header” in our Weekly NuGet release version 28.1.35 which is available for download ( https://www.nuget.org/).

Root Cause: When Right clicked for the second time the first the LogicalChild is removed and then the CustomMenuItem is removed
