[DiagramComponent] Displacement of SVG content when scaling down

Hello,

I have an HTML node with SVG content. If the node is reduced to a certain size, the content shifts downwards. If the node is then enlarged again, the content shifts correctly again.

This does not work correctly with either Firefox or Chrome.
