Assembly install problem?

Hi, I wanted to ask if a version of sfdatagridconverter.dll for 27.1462.58.0 exists? 

I had to use the older version for newer assemblies and always seem to get errors that the older assemblies are not found.

Also if I have docio.base and xlsio.base in my project, do I need to add docio.windows.dll and xlsio.windows .dll ?

Because I don't see the packages for these 2 dlls.
