Restrict comments base on author

is there any way to limit comments, annotations etc as readonly or not visible if the current user is not the original author?

Hi 

Upon the initial document load, all annotations can be set to a locked state. If editing is necessary, the locked annotations can be unlocked based on the author's name, ensuring editing permissions according to the author's identity.
