Hi,

I'm using angular 16 and Syncfusion PDFviewer  version 26. I've regenerated the key and I'm getting the following error when I try to view the PDF:-

Web-service is not listening. PDF Viewer depends on web-service for all it's features. Please start the web service to continue.

The "Web-service is not listening” error occurred for various reasons. To troubleshoot this issue, you can use the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools to gather more information. Please refer the below documentation and share the network tab response to proceed further.

Along with the network tab response, please provide the following details: 

• If the issue is specific to a particular document, please provide us with a copy of the PDF file. 
• Please share a sample in which you are facing the issue. 
• Please confirm whether the issue occurred in the local or production environment. If the issue occurred in the production environment, please provide the environment details in which you are facing the "Web-service is not listening" issue. 
• Please confirm whether you are using standalone mode or server-rendering mode. 
• If you are experiencing issues with license key registration, please refer to the documentation link for more details. Register the License Key: 
  • Server-side: Follow the instructions on How to Register in an Application (ASP.NET Core). 
  • Client-side: Follow the instructions on How to Register in an Application (AngularJS). 

 

 

Steps: 

1. Open the Service Sample and run the sample.  

      2. Open the Client-Side Sample.
