Is it possible to submit a PDF Form (PDF file with fillable form fields) using the PDF Viewer?

I have a client with many PDF fillable forms they created for their business. They want us to take those forms and wrap a web portal around them. Basically to allow their users to fill out the form, add a signature and submit the form. On the server side we would capture some of the form field data to store in a database, as well as flatten the PDF and store it in the user's server folder.

Is this possible using the Synch Fusion PDF viewer ?
