Based on the video reference you provided, we tested the reported
scenario on our end. We were able to resize the "Find & Replace"
dialog box as expected. However, we did notice that occasionally there is a
slight delay in resizing.
For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating how the
resizing works on our side. Kindly take a look at it.
To assist further, could you please confirm if you are unable to
resize the dialog box from the very beginning, or if the issue occurs
intermittently? This information will help us investigate the problem more
effectively.
