Assembly reference is missing after upgrading package version

The assembly reference cannot be found after upgrading packages from the older version to the latest version.

How to fix it?

The previous -> The latest

Syncfusion.Licensing 19.4.0.53 -> 27.1.51

Syncfusion.Xamarin.Core 19.4.0.53 -> 27.1.51

Syncfusion.Xamarin.Buttons 19.4.0.53 -> 27.1.51
