I created stamp annotation with image. By default the image will auto change size to fill the annotation when I change size of annotation. How can I change this behavior to set image fill or fit to annotation?

Hi Thanh,
As per the
PDF specification, it is the default behavior for stamp annotations that the
image will fill the size of the annotation bounds.
Could you
please confirm if your requirement is to maintain the aspect ratio of the stamp
annotation while resizing? If so, you can achieve this by setting the IsSignature property
to true when creating the stamp annotation. When added as a
signature, the aspect ratio will be preserved.
