Enhancing UX with Syncfusion's UI Components on a Curved Monitor

Hello Syncfusion community,

I’ve recently upgraded my setup with the Lenovo Legion R45w-30, a 44.5-inch ultra-wide curved monitor designed for immersive productivity.

It comes with the following key specifications::

  • Aspect Ratio: 32:9
  • Resolution: 5120 x 1440
  • Refresh Rate: 120Hz
  • Screen Size: 44.5 inches
  • Curvature: 1500R

I’m interested in optimizing the user experience when using Syncfusion's UI components (such as charts, data grids, and dashboards) on this ultra-wide display. Specifically, I’d like to hear any tips or best practices on the following:

  • Adapting layouts for a 32:9 aspect ratio
  • Ensuring responsive and intuitive designs for a 5120 x 1440 resolution
  • Enhancing visual performance on a 120Hz refresh rate screen

If anyone has experience working with Syncfusion’s tools on similar curved monitors, I’d really appreciate any insights or recommendations for getting the most out of this setup.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Jessica,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have evaluated your query regarding optimizing Syncfusion UI components for your ultra-wide Lenovo Legion R45w-30 monitor. Syncfusion’s libraries are built with robust responsiveness, allowing the UI elements to automatically adjust and render smoothly on different screen sizes and aspect ratios. Also utilizes SVGs for icons and charts, which are inherently scalable. You can use Syncfusion’s UI components on any high-resolution monitors without encountering any issues.

If you encounter any problems or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
