Facing Issues with Edge Computing and Syncfusion Angular EJ 2 Product Need Advice

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently experiencing some challenges with edge computing in conjunction with Syncfusion Angular - EJ 2 Grid (Version 20.1.55). I’ve been working on a project and have encountered a few obstacles that I could use some help with.

Performance Concerns: I’ve noticed some latency issues that are affecting the overall performance of my applications. Are there any recommended configurations or optimizations for improving performance with the Syncfusion Angular - EJ 2 Grid (Version 20.1.55)?

Integration Challenges: Integrating the Syncfusion Angular - EJ 2 Grid (Version 20.1.55) with my existing edge computing setup has proven to be quite challenging. Has anyone successfully navigated this? Any tips on ensuring smooth interoperability?

Troubleshooting: If anyone has faced similar issues, what troubleshooting steps did you take? Are there specific logs or metrics I should be monitoring?

Since you're reporting a performance issue with our EJ2 Angular Grid, we reviewed your shared link but couldn't locate the Grid. To assist you better, we need additional information. Kindly provide the following details:

1. A video demonstration showing the specific actions that lead to the performance issue on your shared page.
2. Since the Grid was not found on the provided link, please share details about where the EJ2 Angular Grid is rendered, along with a video demonstration for clarification.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we have included a lot of bug fixes and improvements related to the resizing feature on latest version (27.1.48), so we recommend upgrading to the latest Syncfusion packages (version 27.1.48) to improve the performance in the Grid.

We recommend following the steps below to upgrade the Syncfusion packages to the latest version and remove any duplicate packages in the 'node_modules' folder to resolve the issue:

1)  Backup your old Syncfusion packages(node_modules>@syncfusion).

2)  Delete the package.lock.json file from your application.  

3)  Remove the @syncfusion package folder from the node_modules directory.

4)  Use the latest version or “*” (which installs the latest packages) for all Syncfusion components in package.json file. 

5)   Then install the NPM packages.
