Show and Hide content by collapse to left or right like Accordian

Is it possible use any of the controls to collapse a content using control or grid to left like how in accordion the content collapse to the Top ?

We can achieve the collapse of content to the left direction using the Gird layout. Based on your requirement, We have created a sample using the Grid layout to demonstrate how content can be collapsed. Please review the attached sample and let us know if it meets your needs.
