How to Submit From Selections in Accordion

Your team help me build this about 6 months ago.    I believe there was a way to save the selections because I have a lot of data in the event / eventDetails tables, Now I don't have a button for Submit.  I looked at all the samples I had received from you and couldn't find anything.   The accordion loads the questions and answers for the question from data.  This is working great.

Can you please look at EventTracker.xml and advise how I can submit the question/answers to the db.
