Options Disappearing After Quick Click Outside

I have an issue with the ejs-multiselect component in my application. When I select an option and then quickly click outside the dropdown menu, if I open it again, some elements disappear from the available options.

In our sample, we configured the MultiSelect component with checkbox mode and tested selecting options quickly followed by reopening the dropdown. All options remained visible, and none disappeared. We kindly request you to review the shared sample and check if the issue also occurs there.
