flutter compiles in Android but in Web compiles only the incremental

flutter compiles in Android but in Web compiles only the incremental example. No way to compile the current main.dart as it happens with Android.

Any suggestion?

I guess it compiles from another directory, not the one i have my main.dart, from where i start from terminal !
