Reset a row when using inline edit

Hello,

Is it possible to reset a row back to its originally state when using the inline edit function within a grid? We have a requirement where users are updating multiple rows, but want to be able to reset a singular row to its original state while keeping the inline changes for the other rows.

Something like Grid.CloseEditAsync but for a single row rather the whole grid.

Based on your query, could you please confirm whether you are using the Grid EditMode as Inline or Batch?

If you are using Batch edit mode, currently we do not have built-in support to perform this action.So ,we have already considered your request as an improvement at our end and logged a task “Provide support to cancel a single line batch changes in Grid” . At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features and identify features for implementation based on specific parameters including product vision, technological feasibility, and customer interest. And this improvement will be included in any of our upcoming releases.

Need to trigger the drop event even if it is dropped in an invalid area of the grid in Blazor | Feedback Portal (syncfusion.com)

You can also communicate with us regarding the open feature any time using our above feedback report page. We do not have immediate plan to implement this feature and it will be included in any of our upcoming releases. Please cast your vote to make it count. So that we will prioritize the improvement for every release based on demands.

Yes we are using Batch edit mode.

Thanks for confirming that you're using Batch Edit mode. Currently, we do not have immediate timeline to implement the feature improvement. You can track the status and updates through the feedback link provided earlier
