Filemanager drag and drop feature has bug in Details View

Hello Syncfusion Team,

we are using latest version v26.1.40 and our users is facing issues while selecting files and drag and drop feature is enabled and Details View is selected. I attached a demo video link on google drive

as you see in video I try to mark several files but I am not able to select rest of files and it started to move previous selected files. it interrupts selecting the files process

We would like to inform you that when the drag and drop feature is enabled in the FileManager, it performs the drag action on a selected file/folder when you select and move the mouse. We assure you that the drag action is only performed in the above scenario and should not occur with the selection itself. Please check this behavior at your end and also for the multiple selection of file/folder, make sure to select it by clicking only inside the checkbox. Review the shared details on your end and get back to us with the FileManager sample code to determine if any other properties are enabled and customization has been performed on your end. Also, please provide the exact steps if the issue still persists.

This bug happens frequently, not all the time but most of the time our users report this bug, so we had to disable the drag and drop feature. I recorded another video using the file manager in that link https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/file-manager/drag-and-drop?theme=fluent2

Thanks for your patience.

Upon further validation, the dragging issue occurs in the File Manager only when we intentionally move from one checkbox to the next one for file selection without mouse up as if dragging takes place. This is because we have certain distance set internally after which the dragging will take place. Additionally, as mentioned in our previous update, the dragging issue will not occur with the selection itself. This is the current behavior of the Blazor File Manager component. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
