We were able to reproduce the reported issue  “Print is not working properly” and suspect this to be a defect. We will analyze further on this and update you with more details on July 3, 2024.

We have confirmed the issue “Print is not working properly” as a defect in our product and we will include the fix into our upcoming weekly NuGet release on July 24th, 2024.

The fix for the reported issue "Print is not working properly in iPhone (Safari)" was included in this release.

 

Root cause: The print is not working properly on Mac Safari iPhone devices because we have encountered an issue where the canvas area exceeds the maximum limit, resulting in the print image not displaying correctly.

 

Solution: We addressed the problem of the canvas area exceeding the maximum limit. If the canvas width and height exceed the maximum limit, adjustments are made to ensure proper display.
