How to set max zoom and min zoom

I have set zoomFactor:0.3 when chart is loaded but whenever I click reset button in toolbar or when scrolling to zoom in or out, it tends to go back to zoomFactor:1. How can I set the max or min zoom that user can do? For example if min zoomFactor is 0.3, user will not be able zoom out further than 0.3

As of now, we do not have support to set the maximum zoom factor for the chart. Please get back to us if you need any other assistance.
