Sample Broken Dialog editing in Angular Grid component

The following sample is broken in 25.1.40

Dialog editing in Angular Grid component | Syncfusion

The referenced  Syncfusion-content - Ej2 Angular Docs - StackBlitz project does not work as expected. f the call to dialogInstance.refresh() is done then the Form does not load anymore

without .refresh()	with .refresh()
Form Content will load	Form Content will not load

As of now 25.1.40 dialog.refresh is not needed anymore if you set dialog.buttons to a new array.

My old behavior: 

args.dialog.buttons.unshift(customButton);
args.dialog.refresh();

does not work anymore I have to do 

args.dialog.buttons = [cancelButton, ...args.dialog.buttons];
