Control lets Visual Studio crash

Question

Good dayI am trying to add the spreadsheet and ribbon to a form to try and get large workbooks to load.When trying to add the control to my form I receive the following message and then visual studio closes itself, anything that I can look out for to fix this issue?

Hi Andre Croukamp ,We have investigated your reported scenario, and upon
attempting to replicate it by dragging the Spreadsheet control from the toolbox
to the form, it loaded properly and is working as expected. To proceed further,
could you please clarify the following:
 Are you using version 25.1.38 of Syncfusion, as
     indicated in your provided image? Additionally, can you confirm whether
     your application is built on .NET Framework or .NET Core?
 Have you installed the NuGet packages or
     referenced the assemblies directly? If the assemblies are referenced,
     please ensure that the licensing DLL is properly referenced  or licensing Nuget package are restored properly as
     well.
 If the issue persists, have you tried clearing the
     cache and rebuilding the application again?
