Syncfusion Components do not render when deployed

I cannot correctly deploy a webapp containing syncfusion elements. When I could not deploy my own application, I attempted to deploy a sample application I received in response to a question on this forum. The application runs as expected on my local machine (figure 1) but the datagrid does not show when the application is running on IIS (figure 2.) I have attached the zip file containing the solution I used for these examples. Please help me figure out how to correctly deploy an application.

Based on your query the application runs as expected on my local machine but the datagrid does not show when the application is running on IIS. We have run the  provided application in IIS. But we were unable to replicate the reported issue at our end.  Please refer the below video demonstration for reference,

For further validation, please provide us with step-by-step procedure outlining how we can replicate the issue. If possible, a video demonstration would be immensely helpful in understanding the problem more comprehensively.
