Filtered Data Saving issue

Hi,

I have an issue, where end user has filtered data on the grid, upon clicking on save. it just saves filtered data. and all the other data is lost.  Below is my code for saving data from Grid.

How do I handle this  ? 

PS: gridActionComplete - args.requestType=="batchsave" && args.tableName=="movable"
