Performance Issue with Multiselect Dropdowns in Edit Context of Data grid

Creating a thread again because of no update in the previous thread. 

The performance issue appears when the page has multiple dropdowns with non-sequential pre-bound data. The issue is mostly noticeable in blazor wasm application.

Hi Faiyaz,

Thank you for your patience. After a thorough evaluation of the issue, we have identified that when binding values beyond a take value, it results in a delay when the component loads the preselected value into the input. This delay becomes particularly noticeable when opening the edit context. We are also pleased to share that this delay has been slightly mitigated in our latest version, 23.2.36.
