Grid content is not showing

I am using ASP.NET framework 4.8. I am trying to add grid to new project that I created using the Syncfusion extension "Create new Syncfusion ASP.NET web form project". I used the code in the link https://help.syncfusion.com/aspnet/grid/data-binding#datatable from the documentation. 

The issue is the gird is not showing. When I inspect the code the grid is there but there is no content (columns)

Any suggestions?
