[Vertical scroll not working on Microsoft Edge dragged by the mouse, if the grid is placed in a container with scroll bar]

Hello,

I have an issue related to the vertical scroll of the grid in Microsoft Edge browser: if the grid is placed in a container which have overflow-y: scroll, so the container have its custom vertical scroll, the vertical scroll of the grid is not working if I'm trying to drag the scroll bar by the mouse. If I'm removing the custom scroll of the parent container of the grid, the scroll of the grid is working fine dragged by the mouse.

As a side note, in the Chrome browser the vertical scroll of the grid is working fine, even though the container have its custom vertical scroll.

Any suggestions of how to fix this?

Hi Ciprian-Catalin,

The reported scrolling issue only replicates when the parent has the overflow property set and has a visible scrollbar, and when the child component has the background-color property set. This can be reproduced even with the HTML elements (without Syncfusion). Please refer to the below sample link for more information.

It is directly related to Microsoft Edge browser itself. Fortunately, we have found a solution recommended on a Microsoft forum that should resolve the problem you are experiencing. To resolve the issue, you will need to disable Threaded scrolling. Below is a screenshot for reference:
