How to render tooltip with custom content on Threshold of Chart using StripLines

Hi,

I need to represent a tooltip when the user passes the mouse over each one of the thresholds, in this example we would have 3 thresholds.

Below is an image of the expected result

Note: I am aware that stripLines have a property to add a text that is displayed on them, but I really need the behavior of the tooltip.
