1.I cant sort on double fields as function defination expects string as  mapper value always.

String? Function(T, int)? sortFieldValueMapper

2. even for string mapper it's just sorting legend. It's not rendering datapoint as per sort order.

We are able to replicate the reported issue regarding sorting not working properly in circular chart at our end and have logged bug report for it in our feedback portal. We will fix and include the changes in our weekly patch release which is expected to be rolled out on July 4, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the misunderstanding and have logged a bug report for your case. Currently, the sortFieldValueMapper only supports string values. For example, if you map numeric values as strings like "100", "30", "20", etc., they will be sorted based on the occurrence of characters. In this case, "100" will be considered the lowest value due to the occurrence of "1" appears before "3" and "2". So, we consider this as a feature request. We will provide sorting support for all types of data, similar to the Cartesian chart. This feature will be implemented and included in any of our upcoming releases. We have also included the feature request feedback below for your reference to track the progress of this feature completion.
