Need modal popup for edit update data of grid

Hi Team,

As per business requirement need popup for edit and update records , please find below code as i used ejs grid.

while click on edit button need to show popup for edit update records ,please find below screen

while click on edit button need to show popup for edit update records ,please find below screen

i need to get popup like below screen ,
