Filter did not show all of column data

Hello, I need help for grid excel filter. It does not show all of the column data, instead only showing less number of data. 
Sometimes it worked on the other column which have bigger number of filter data . But sometimes, in this case when it only has 10 variety of data, it only show less (the scrollable is not even there). But when I search it, the data is there (but what if we don't know what to filter or forget).

I want all of my set of data is there showing to be filtered (scrollable or any). Because sometimes we don't know or forget what data to filter.

Filter data only show 5 data to filter. it should be more, with scrollable. Other columns work just fine, they have scroll and all filter data is there

This Former  ​Filter data should've been on the list on image 1, but it does not show there. I need to type-search it first then it show.
