ICalendarImport seems to ignore ical timezone?

Question

Hi there,I've created a scheduler component which on load will import an ics file which is from Google's calendar, and has the attribute 'X-WR-TIMEZONE:UTC' as the events are in UTC time, but when importing it, not setting any timezone attributes on the scheduler component, I was expecting it to show the events in local time, which it doesn't.

Am I missing something obvious?

 Is a specific timezone value set to the Schedule?
 A google calendar exported ICS file
     with which you facing a problem while importing it to the Schedule.
