Expand arrow now redirects to root ?
Hi,
Since the 22.39 version of Syncfusion, I noticed a new behavior of the grid's grouping feature.
When I click on the expand arrow of a row, I am redirected to the root (localhost:4200/#).
When I inspect the element, I can see this : 
When I try to see if this behavior is the same in the Syncfusion demos, I see that :
So, in the case of the demo, there is no actual redirection.
How may I return to the former behavior (no redirection but expand the row) ?
Is this something expeted by Syncfusion or is this a bug ?
