Showing existing electronic signature

Hello

I'm testing the PDF Viewer component and I've a problem when previewing document that contains electronic signature.

Here is what I get in Adobe:

And here is what I get using PDF Viewer on your demo site, when opening the same document:

As you can see, the existing (and valid) electronic signature is replaced by a blank signature field.

Is it a way to get the correct behavior ?

Currently, we do not have support for digital signature in PDF Viewer. We have logged this digital signature support as a feature request. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. The status of implementation can be tracked through the below feedback link

But the feedback link you gave is about adding electronic signature, which is (a lot) more complex.

Here my question is only about viewing the signature.

Even free pdf viewer like pdfjs can show it, so it's quite strange that your so-complete viewer can't do that ?

Is it any work around we can do to show it in the viewer ? For example change pdf at runtime ?

Because this is a true blocking point for us, as we have that now with pdfjs and customer will not understand that we go backward...

Sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, we do not have support for viewing and adding the digital signature in the PDF Viewer. And it is not possible to achieve viewing support as a workaround. As we said earlier, we have logged the feature request for adding and viewing digital signature in the PDF Viewer, and it will be included in any of our upcoming releases.
