I am very interested in your product, however I do not know if I meet the conditions, I will need more information. For my personal case, I am a freelance, so I meet the conditions. On the other hand, I work for companies which do not necessarily respect the conditions listed.
So The license applies to myself or to the software I develop and its end user?
