Customize Hours

How does one customize the hours SFTimepicker shows Ie I only want it to show 9:00am to 5:00pm for example

Is their anyway I Can hack this as I no my client will pick up on it. Sorry didnt see the example

When I set 

 HeaderText="Pick Time"

The whole control vanishes in demo?

Will the time event work the same way as am selecting the record again from their ?

I also need the interval to be every ten mins in mins bit is that possible?
