Add and remove annotations programmatically

Is there a way to add and remove annotations from code-behind without reloading the document ?

Currently we do not have support for “Add and Remove Annotation from the PDF Viewer in code behind” feature. Kindly provide some more details about your use case to add and remove annotation programmatically? This will be helpful for us to analyze furthermore on this and provide you a better solution.
