Displaying Czech characters in PDF Viewer

Hi,
We need to display characters ř,ě,š etc. in pdf viewer when downloading. We have prepared form in pdf with acrofields but when user inputs chars as ř, š, ě and then downloads, the characters disappear. It also doesn't work on your demo https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/pdfviewer/formdesigner.html

I don't know if its bug or I have to set up something, thank you for response.

Hi,

We are struggling with this issue. We are looking for alternatives because this is a major issue for us but we still hope that it will be solved soon so we could update our solution and keep the technical stack unchanged.

Any real estimation, when this bug will be fixed?
