Network Error Token

Hi there,

We have both DEV and RC environments where we have registered our license token for the SDK Report Viewer in order to access the RDLC files that serves our custom API REST deployed in both environments.

In DEV case, the license works smoothly but RC throws a Network Error.

Both enviroments work in different network segments because RC is a machine exposed through internet and DEV is located in a development intranet specific for our team, which is extremely permissive with communications.

Anyway, regarding your documentation, the Internet ongoing requirement through TCP 443 is allowed. In fact, the website http://websiteapi.boldbi.com is perfectly accesible with a Chrome browser in RC. In this environment in particular, ongoing DNS, HTTP and HTTPS is allowed as well as ingoing HTTP and HTTPS .

So do you have additional documentation that details something more to check from our side?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,
