SfRangeSlider strange behavior on UWP

in the latest 19.1.0.66 version when i move upper thick lower thick also moves. please see the attached gif. This wasnt the case in earlier versions.

We have fixed the reported issue and please find the assemblies from below. 
 
Assembly version: 19.1.0.69 
 
We can generate patch only for Main release and SP1 release versions, so we have provided the custom assemblies in 19.1.0.69.

Please note that we have created this for version 19.1.0.69 specifically to resolve the issue reported in this incident. If you have received other patches for the same version for other products, please apply all patches in the order received. 
 
Please refer the below link for how to apply custom assemblies.
       
 
 
The Fix for the reported issue will be included in our upcoming weekly NuGet release, which will be available on June 29, 2021.

We couldn’t be able to include the fix in the volume 2 release and we will add the fix in the first weekly patch release after the volume release which is expected to be released on July 6th, 2021 without any further delay.
