BoldBI vs PivotGrid

Hello there,

We use both your pivot grid product and your BoldBI product. Two product icons are mixed with one-on-one. There is no problem in developer mode, but in production mode, the icons on the Pivot grid get mixed up with BoldBi and it doesn't look nice. Screenshots are attached.How do we get both products to use their own icons?

We are unable to reproduce the issue at our end. And we suspect that this issue occurred due to CSS overridden. So, could you please share us your sample that replicates the problem. This would be helpful for us to investigate the reported problem at our end and provide the solution at the earliest.

We do not use routing throughout the project. Probably that is why you did not know how to make it happen. We made small sample for you. Below is the link to download an example.

Style conflicts between Bold BI and ej components while rendering them on same page is the known issue from our end. We will fix the issue on our upcoming 4.2 release. 

Also we recommend you to use Iframe based embedding for Bold BI on such case, which doesn’t result in style conflicts.

Hi Namig,

 

We have resolved script conflict between Bold BI and ej components while rendering on same page by 4.2 release of on-premise Bold BI.

But for the style conflicts we are working on the issue phase by phase. Currently we planned to resolve the style overrides from Bold BI to the ej components on our upcoming 4.3 release of Bold BI and planned to resolve the rest of the conflicts on future releases in iterative manner.

While revisiting the problem reported by you, found the sample and screen shots missing with the forum update, which help us to update you on which release the reported problem will get resolved. So kindly share the missing screen shots and sample on your issue.
