How to add a constant value dashed line to a timeseries chart

I am using Flutter desktop on macOS.

I have a time series chart to which I want to add a dashed line at a constant value.



What I have almost works but not very well.

What is the best way to add a constant valued dashed line to a time series chart that is build in real time?
