The Report is not Showing the Result When Calling From Front End

I need to Pass 3 Parameters to Get he Actual Result , It must Pass From the Front End (Below Attached he Screen Shots of Params From React Application).

I can view the Results of Reports From the Report Designer , the Parameter List is also Attached in the Folder .When Calling From React Application I got the Result Same as of the Result of Null Values.I have More than 1 Parameter to Pass .I configured the Connections and i can Access the Report Headers ,How Can I get the Report From the  Front End Application.

the Format of Parameter Passing From Front End :-

1. 0: {name: "VesselParentId", values: ["242"], nullable: false}
2. 1: {name: "Month", values: ["05"], nullable: false}
3. 2: {name: "YEAR", values: ["2021"], nullable: false}
4. 3: {name: "User", values: ["Demo"], nullable: false}
