Prevent enter key from submitting appointment

Hello,

I would like to prevent the enter key from submitting an appointment on the scheduler, how would I do that?

Hi Barry, 

Greetings from Syncfusion Support. 

You can disable keyboard interactions in scheduler by setting false to ‘AllowKeyboardInteraction’, please refer to the following code snippets and sample. 

<SfSchedule TValue="AppointmentData" Height="550px" @bind-SelectedDate="@CurrentDate" AllowKeyboardInteraction="false"> 
    <ScheduleEventSettings DataSource="@DataSource"></ScheduleEventSettings>

Unfortunately it does not prevent the enter key when in this view

Thanks for your update. 

We have validated reported problem “Appointment submitting on enter button click even though disabled keyboard actions” at our end and confirm this as a defect and logged below bug report. The fix for this issue will be included in our Volume 2, 2021 release which is expected to be rolled out by the end of June 2021. We appreciate your valuable patience until then.
