Image insert not working on iPhone and iPad

On the iPad or iPhoone,  click the insert image toolbar tool and then browse,  Select an image from photo library.  Wait for the image to upload successfully.   Click the insert button and nothing happens.   You can only click cancel to proceed.

We have validated your query “On the iPhone and iPad, insert button in the insert image dialog not working even after uploading the image using the browser button”. 
 
We tried to reproduce the issue by uploading the image using the browse button and then inserting the image using the insert button, but we couldn’t reproduce the issue from our end, the insert button is working properly. 
 
Can you please share us with the following details, 
  • The code snippet of the Rich Text Editor rendered in the application.
  • The exact package version used in the application.
  • The video illustration of the issue reproducing scenario.
  • Also, please share us with the issue reproducing sample.
 
The above details will be helpful for us to validate and reproduce the issue from our end and assist you at the earliest.
