Customize the text of axis label in Horizontal line annotation.

I want to display a label annotation on the numerical axis but display a different text and not the axis value. I have tried setting the Text property on Horizontal line annotation, but it displays at a different location on the screen and not aligned with axis labels. How can I make the custom text label aligned with other axis labels. A sample provided on the same will be helpful.

Also, we would like to suggest the Annotation can be positioned using axis or pixel unit with the CoordinateUnit property. We can position the custom text label annotation using the CoordinateUnit type as Pixels. Please refer the below document for more details,
