Move tools from Properties to Toolbar along the top

Hi,

Is there a way to switch the Properties panel that appears at the side of the Document Editor so that it appears along the top like in the Rich Text editor?

I know I can hide the properties panel and then re-implement all of the buttons myself as custom buttons but that feels like reinventing the wheel, so I must be missing something! I've looked through the documentation and API references but haven't managed to find how to do this.

Hi Tim Kaine, 

We don’t have option to change position of properties pane. You can customize it based on your requirement. 

We have prepared sample for reference
