Links in TOC at the end of a pdf don't work

Hello,

I used Syncfusion.DocToPDFConverter.DocToPDFConverter to convert a docx to a pdf.
The links of the TOC(placed in the end) in the docx work.
But after converting it into a pdf, they no longer work.
What I noticed is if I place the TOC in the begining, the links work in the pdf.
Any ideas how to solve this problem? Thanks
