We checked the issue and found that this issue occurred due to wrong script reference order. Please find the difference between wrong and correct order. We suggest you to use correct order of the scripts in order for you to get this issue resolved at your end.

We noticed that the getting started documentation was also pointing wrong script order reference. We have already made the corrections and it will be published to live on today.
